J Vineyards 2022 Pinot Gris 750ml
Bright and inviting, with expressive fruit on the palate and a delightful, lengthy finish. Aromas of tangerine, melon and minerality on the nose blend with floral hints of jasmine and lily on the palate. Layered notes of fresh-picked white peach, apricot, green apple and juicy pear mingle with touches of toast and white pepper, finishing with subtle hints of lemon and wet stone. Crisp but full, the wine beautifully balances its viscosity and weight with vibrant, food-friendly acidity. Pair with seared mahi-mahi with mango-cilantro salsa or try with goat cheese crostini topped with snap peas, fava beans and lemon zest.
